Appointments FAQ

Quick answers to common questions about scheduling and preparing for your visit.

How far in advance should I schedule?

Ideally 4–6 weeks before departure. Some vaccine series take time, but we can still help even if your trip is sooner.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring your itinerary (or destinations), travel dates, a list of medications, and any immunization records you have.

Do you provide yellow fever vaccination and the International Certificate?

Yes—when appropriate, we provide certified yellow fever vaccination and issue the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (the “yellow card”).

Can I request an appointment for a family or group?

Yes. Submit one request and note the number of travelers in your message; we’ll help coordinate scheduling.

How will you contact me after I submit the form?

We’ll follow up by your preferred method (phone or email) to confirm availability and next steps.

Is my information secure?

We use your information only to respond to your request and coordinate care. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
